📦 Return Timeframe
We offer a 7-day return policy.
This means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
❌ Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any condition.
✅ Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

In the same condition as delivered
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.
🚨 Damaged / Wrong Product (VERY IMPORTANT)
If you receive a product that is:

Defective

Or incorrect
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

Return shipping cost will be paid by our store

Customer will receive a refund or replacement, as approved
❌ Complaints made after 24 hours for damaged or wrong items will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

If the return is due to damage or wrong item → Store pays return shipping

If the return is due to change of mind, dislike, size issue, or any personal reason → Customer pays return shipping
💰 Refund Policy – Cash on Delivery (COD Orders)
All orders are currently processed via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

The return request will be approved or rejected

If approved, the refund amount will be calculated as:
Refund Amount = Product Price – Return Shipping Charges – Courier (TCS) Fees

Any courier charges paid by the store will be deducted from the refund

Customer will receive the remaining balance only
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store-approved refund method.
⏳ Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Currently, all items are eligible for return.
If any item becomes non-returnable in the future, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.
