Shipping & Delivery Policy - Afzal Elite Store

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery (Pakistan): Rs 200-300 depending on location
  • Karachi: 2-3 business days
  • Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 3-4 business days
  • Other Cities: 4-7 business days

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at smartbuysohail@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Undeliverable Orders If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
